The Customer Overhaul Protection Program (COPP®) |
Because your engine is the most important part of your vehicle,
it’s only natural to protect it in the most efficient way
possible. COPP offers 5 ways to do precisely that!
All five COPP plans are backed by an International limited
warranty* that covers all new or ReNEWed® parts installed and
the key components inspected. The warranty is fully
transferable, which increases the resale value of your vehicle.
And the national warranty service is available at all
participating International dealer locations across North
America.
The Choice: Five (5) COPP Plans
Plan One: Minor Overhaul
Consider Plan One if you are experiencing low power, high
crankcase pressure or high oil consumption, and if heavy future
use is not expected. It’s the least expensive of the plans and
therefore, an easy way to substantially increase the resale
value of you vehicle. The overhaul includes installation of:
- Piston Rings
- O-Rings
- Rod & Main Bearings
- Gaskets
- Lube Oil
- Lube Filters
- Fuel Filter(s)
- Air Treatment Element(s)
- Thermostat & Seal
- Crankcase Breather Element
The warranty* covers parts and workmanship on the minor
overhaul for 12 months; 50,000 miles (80,000 kilometers);
or 1,800 engine hours, whichever comes first. |

Plan Two: In-Frame Overhaul
Plan Two is recommended if you’re experiencing low power, high
crankcase pressure, high oil consumption of high blowby. The
symptoms may be the same as engines requiring Plan One, but if
heavy usage is expected, you’ll need Plan Two. It will keep
your vehicle running for a long time before trade. This plan
includes installation of all of the items in Plan One, plus:
- Pistons
- Sleeves
- Cylinder Head (ReNEWed or rebuilt by dealer)
- Flat Tappets
- ReNEWed Injection Nozzles
- ReNEWed Water Pump
- ReNEWed Turbocharger
This limited warranty* period is also longer than Plan One. For
the in-frame overhaul, International will warrant the parts and
workmanship for 18 months; 100,000 miles (160,000 kilometers);
or 3,600 engine hours, whichever comes first.
Plan Three: Out-of-Frame Overhaul
Plan Three is suggested if you need a complete overhaul. Choose
Plan Three if heavy future usage is expected and if two or more
major items failed when inspected in Plans One or Two. It gives
you the extra warranty protection for all items in Plans One and
Two plus:
- ReNEWed Oil Pump
- ReNEWed Oil Cooler (new oil cooler is required for the DT/DTA
360 engine)
This limited warranty* for the out-of-frame overhaul covers
parts and workmanship for 24 months; 150,000 miles (240,000
kilometers); or 5,400 engine hours, whichever comes first.
Plan Four: ReNEWed Premium ELIMINATOR Engine Replacement
Plan Four is suggested if you have experienced a major failure.
Choose Plan Four if you plan to continue to run your vehicle for
a long time and can’t afford the downtime. Plan Four includes
the installation of a premium stripped engine complete with
filters, belts and hoses. The plan gives you warranty protection
for all items in Plan Three, plus:
- ReNEWed Premium ELIMINATOR Engine
- ReNEWed Turbocharger
This limited warranty* covers the engine and workmanship for 18
months and unlimited mileage.
Plan Five: ReNEWed ULTIMATE ELIMINATOR Engine Replacement
Plan Five is suggested if you experience a major failure as
well. Choose Plan Five whether you plan to continue to run your
vehicle or want to increase the resale value if you plan to
sell. Plan Five includes all of the items in Plan Four, plus:
- Fuel Lines
- Intake Manifold
- Exhaust Manifold
- Flywheel Housing
- Vibration Damper
- Oil Filters
- Fuel Injection Pumps
- Water Conditioning System
- ReNEWed Ultimate ELIMINATOR Engine, dyno-tested for

This limited warranty* cover the engine and workmanship for 24
months and unlimited mileage.

beyond the description on the face hereof. This warranty is in
lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The Company*
specifically disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness

The Emergency Service Coordinator picks up your driver’s
tool-free call at the 24-hour EBS Control Center.
The driver’s breakdown location, mechanical symptoms, vehicle
specs and name and phone number are recorded and entered into
the EBS computer.
Working form up-to-date component data on all makes of trucks,
the experienced Emergency Service Coordinator analyzes initial
repair requirements.
The Coordinator stays with your truck, checks on its progress,
makes sure it’s done right and verifies correct repair costs.
The EBS Control Center notifies your company when the truck is
ready to roll.
Billing is
carefully audited, then consolidated with other Fleet
Charge or Diamond Advantage purchases. Detailed breakdown
reports by truck and charges reach your company every
